WINDSOR, Colo. — Northern Colorado Rain FC has added midfielder Caeley Lordemann to their roster for the 2024 USL W League season.
Lordemann, a Colorado State product, has been playing professionally in Europe since 2020, most recently with IBV in the top tier of Iceland, where she scored a goal in 21 appearances in 2023.
“She grew up here and I know she will hold a tremendous amount of pride wearing our crest in her hometown,” Rain head coach Kelly Brown said. “Her leadership and professional mentality will set a standard within our club which will be imperative as we start to form our program culture.”
Lordemann scored 19 goals in her three seasons at CSU, earning a spot on the All-Mountain West First Team as a senior in 2019. She played her freshman season at Creighton after graduating from Greeley West High School.
She also played professionally with Santa Teresa CD in Spain and had a brief spell with the North Carolina Courage in the NWSL.
“I want to play for the Rain to have the opportunity to play under Kelly, play in my hometown, and prepare for the next steps in my professional career,” Lordemann said.
